Glazed Pork And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth (1-3/4 c.)
    3/4 c. apricot preserves or orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook chops in non-stick skillet until browned.
    Remove chops. Add broth, preserves and mustard.
    Heat to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Top with chops.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done.
    Serves 4.
