Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and halved (skin left on)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Place the 8 pieces of chicken in a baking dish.
    Refrigerate while preparing sauce.
    Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour over the chicken and cover. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
    Bake in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Check chicken for doneness.
