Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage, drain and cool completely.
    Shred cheese.
    Add to sausage, then add Bisquick and water.
    Mix with fork until blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15
    minutes.
    May be reheated in oven or microwave.
