Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 can apricot pie filling
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend sugar, cooking oil, flour, eggs and baking powder and mix well with an electric beater.
    Spread 1/2 mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread apricot filling evenly over batter in pan.
    Spread the balance of the batter over the filling.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    You may drizzle a sugar frosting or glaze over the top.
    You may use any pie filling.
