Baked Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can beef bouillon
1 can onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 to 1 stick margarine
Preparation

Combine the ingredients in a casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes, then covered for an additional 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
This is a good side dish and simple to make.
