Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. tomatoes, chopped
4 c. onions, chopped
4 to 6 c. hot peppers, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
3 Tbsp. garlic
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Mix and cook for 2 hours or until thick.
Put in jars while hot.
