Ground Beef In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. ground beef (about 1 c., lightly packed)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in a frypan until browned.
    Pour off fat. Stir in flour and salt.
    Slowly stir in water.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Makes 2 servings, about 2/3 cup each.
