Broccoli-Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 c. bite-sized broccoli florets
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, quartered
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter; saute onion until tender.
    Stir in broccoli, mushrooms, garlic salt and pepper; saute 1 to 2 minutes.
    Cover.
    Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
