Corn Bread(Moist Type) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 or 2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Boil the water.
Place the cornmeal in a large mixer bowl. Pour boiling water over meal, slowly mixing, to scald meal.
Add the salt and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time into mixture. Scrape bowl as mixing.
Add the milk and flour alternately. Add the baking powder.
Grease a 10-inch frying pan (or similar container). Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Allow to cool at least 1/2 hour before serving.
When cooked, top will be lightly golden and corn bread will pull away from sides of pan.
