Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook spaghetti until tender.
    Drain.
    Return to saucepan.
    Stir in margarine until melted.
    Stir in egg and Parmesan cheese.
    Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
    Press spaghetti mixture into the bottom and up the sides of pie plate, forming a crust.
    Spread cottage cheese over crust.
