Tidewater Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
1 small head cabbage, finely shredded
2 carrots, grated
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Blend well. In another bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. Pour dressing over vegetables.
