Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7-8 large potatoes-boiled in jackets-diced
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 can of sour cream
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/4 c melted butter
2 c of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 onion, diced
Preparation

Boil potatoes with onion for approx. 10-15
minutes and drain.
Place in 9 x 13 glass pan, add milk, soup and butter.
mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
