Roast Leg O' Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

leg of lamb
garlic cloves
salt and pepper
oregano
cinnamon
mint leaves
water
1 leg of lamb (5 to 6 lb.)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. dry white wine or 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
tarragon leaves (optional)
Preparation

Combine melted margarine and white wine.
Add tarragon leaves for flavor, if desired. After the roast has been in the oven for 1 hour, baste occasionally with
the mixture.
