Side Dish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    2 fresh, firm cucumbers (unpeeled)
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1 tsp. salt
    fresh onion rings
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    paprika
Preparation
    Three or 4 hours before serving, slice pepper, cucumbers and onions.
    Place vegetables in bowl; sprinkle with salt, then refrigerate.
    Mix vinegar with sour cream or yogurt.
    Just before serving, drain vegetables.
    Add sour cream or yogurt.
    Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika.
