Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cornbread chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Cook together zucchini and onion in small amount of water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and mash.
    Mix together carrot, sour cream and soup with zucchini mixture.
    Mix together butter, cornbread stuffing.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place half of stuffing mixture in bottom, then add vegetable mixture.
    Sprinkle rest of stuffing mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
