No-Fault Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients well; set aside.
    Mix next three ingredients and combine with the first three.
    Roll out as for crust.
    Makes enough for 2 single crusts or a double crust pie.
