Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 1/4 c. creamed corn
    1 c. corn (may be frozen)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon over low heat until crisp. Remove from pan. Add onion and celery to fat; cook until tender.
    In saucepan, add onion, celery, corn, evaporated milk, water and seasoning.
    Add 2 large diced, partly cooked potatoes.
    Heat through. Before serving, add crisp bacon.
    Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
