Chicken Cordon Blue - cooking recipe

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 pieces cooked ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
3 eggs
bread crumbs
2 sticks butter
salt and pepper (as desired)
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
minced parsley
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts with meat mallet.
Place ham and cheese on chicken.
Roll and secure with toothpick.
Dip chicken in eggs; roll in bread crumbs.
Brown in skillet in butter.
