Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 large can crushed pineapple
10 large marshmallows
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small bowl Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
1 can coconut
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple (reserve pineapple).
Add juice to Jell-O and marshmallows; heat over medium heat until marshmallows melt.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese.
Stir until cream cheese is dissolved.
Add pineapple, coconut and pecans.
Fold into Cool Whip.
Chill and serve.
