Chicken Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 soup can water
3 medium potatoes
1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can (about 8 oz.) cream-style corn
Preparation

Cook cubed potatoes in a small amount of water until tender; drain.
In a large saucepan, cook onion with seasonings in butter. Add soup, milk and water; heat.
Add chicken and corn.
Heat and stir occasionally. Good served over hot biscuits. Serves 4 to 6.
