Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lukewarm water (not hot)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix warm water and dry yeast; let set 10 minutes.
    Add warm water, sugar, salt and flour.
    Mix all together.
    Let this set 3 days (covered) at room temperature, stirring the mixture down daily, then put in refrigerator.
