Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
chopped onion (onion seasoning)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. La Choy sweet and sour sauce

Preparation

Mix thoroughly and shape into loaf pan.
Bake at about 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
