Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
8 oz. can Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. soft butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil spinach and drain.
Beat eggs and mix.
Make balls, 60 to 75 balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes on cookie sheet (good appetizer).
