Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat
    6 c. chicken stock
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in butter.
    Add stock and bring to boil.
    Add Cream of Wheat.
    Simmer, covered, 25 minutes.
    Add spices.
    Puree in blender or food processor.
    Serve hot with Parmesan cheese and dash of sour cream.
