Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes
1 c. brown sugar
ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp. melted butter
6 pieces orange peel
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Boil whole potatoes until tender; drain and slice potatoes. Put a layer of potatoes in buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and butter.
When dish is filled, sprinkle top layer of potatoes with sugar, cinnamon, butter and orange peel. Add water; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until brown and well candied.
