German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain well, reserving drippings in skillet.
    Crumble bacon and set aside. Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender.
    Add flour, stir until smooth.
    Add water gradually; cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring all this time.
    Add the next five ingredients; stir well and bring to a boil.
    Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
