Snappy Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. hot drained green beans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat until tender.
    Add vinegar.
    Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Pour over hot beans.
    Crumble bacon atop. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
