Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. persimmons
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine milk, pulp and egg.
    Add other ingredients, except melted butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    As pudding begins to get firm, pour melted butter and sprinkle sugar sparingly on top.
