Hearty Beef 'N Cheese Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion or 4 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    8 oz. can cut green beans, drained
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerator quick crescent dinner rolls
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    fresh sauteed mushrooms
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown mushrooms, hamburger, onion and green pepper; drain fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, beans, cumin, garlic salt and salt.
    Simmer.
    Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread in 9-inch pie pan.
    Combine egg and 1 cup of cheese and spread over crust.
    Spoon meat mixture into crust.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 5 to 6.
