Bubbles Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. claw or regular crabmeat
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cracker meal
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped green peppers (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into cakes and fry in margarine or oil until brown. Serve hot.
