Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and cubed or equivalent
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    2 cans Ortega green chili salsa
    1/2 grated onion
    8 to 12 tortillas, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour 1/4 cup liquid reserved from chicken in the bottom of the pan.
    Mix together soups, milk, salsa and onion.
    Layer half of the tortilla strips, half of the chicken mixture, then half of the cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered and 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 8.
