Broccoli Casserole (3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, or fresh, cooked
    4 Tbsp. butter/oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    4 c. or more chopped ham
    10 slices of white processed cheese (or Swiss)
    small croutons
Preparation
    Layer in a 9 X 13 pan: the rice, then broccoli.
    Melt butter/oleo, saute onion in it, add salt, pepper & flour. Add milk and bring to a boil to thicken. Add ham, pour on top of broccoli. Layer with cheese, cover with small croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Also, ingredients may be put together and frozen.\tWhen needed, take out and thaw, then bake.
