Rice Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, fried and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. each garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano
    2 c. shredded cheese
    5 slices bread, broken
    9 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Minute rice or 2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pour into greased pan; top with 1 can fried onions.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
