Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream or milk
    4 1/2 c. rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together white sugar, flour, soda, salt and butter.
    Add sour cream or milk.
    Spread over bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix rhubarb, brown sugar and hot water together.
    Pour this over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    When done, the cake is on top.
