Strawberry Parfait Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen strawberries, partially thawed (10 oz.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg white (unbeaten)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer at highest speed until soft mounds form when beaters are raised (between 5 and 8 minutes).
    Beat the whipping cream until thick.
    Fold into the strawberry mixture by hand or at lowest speed of mixer.
    Spoon into baked shell or graham cracker crust.
    Sprinkle with crumbs and freeze until firm (4 to 6 hours). Cover.
