Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix top 5 ingredients in shallow dish.
    Coat pork chops. Brown in oil.
    Add last 3 ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 one hour, adding additional pineapple juice if necessary for consistency. Serve with rice.
