Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    4 grated carrots
    2 medium onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge stuffing
    1 stick margarine, melted
    pimento (as desired)
Preparation
    Slice squash and cook in salted water until almost tender. Drain. Mix vegetables, soup and 1/2 of stuffing. Pour into a buttered casserole and place remaining stuffing on top. Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes. Be sure top is brown.
