Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure water into a bowl and sprinkle in yeast, stirring until dissolved.
    Stir in additional flour and other ingredients. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, working in more flour if dough is sticky.
    Allow dough to rest 5 minutes before patting out in pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    It makes two 13 1/4 x 9-inch pans.
