Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    vegetable oil
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. corn flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except vegetable oil) thoroughly in a bowl; shape into croquettes, heaping tablespoon-size is best. Heat oil in skillet and fry croquettes, turning frequently.
    Makes 15 to 18 croquettes.
