Blender Bearnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green onions
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients, except the butter, in the blender. Blend for approximately 5 seconds.
    Let the butter cool to room temperature, then gradually add slowly to blender.
    The sauce should thicken.
    If the butter is too hot, it will not thicken.
    Makes 3/4 cup.
