Olive Wreath Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    small stuffed green olives, sliced
    curly endive lettuce
Preparation
    Make jello according to package directions and let start to set.
    Drain crushed pineapple.
    Fold all ingredients into jello, whipped cream last.
    Unmold on a bed of curly endive lettuce to look like a Christmas wreath.
    Decorate with extra sliced stuffed olives.
