Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 large mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean to remove all stems.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, butter, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and fill caps.
    Pour 2 Tbsp. oil in bottom of baking pan.
    Place mushrooms in pan. Bake about 10 minutes in moderate oven.
    Mushrooms should be tender. Tops should be brown.
