Bow Tie Pasta With Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes, drained and thinly sliced
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Heat olive oil over medium heat in large skillet.
    Saute garlic until golden, stir constantly.
    Add chicken strips, saute until white and almost completely cooked.
    Add broccoli, saute until crisp-tender.
    Add spices and tomatoes, wine, broth and margarine.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
    Toss pasta with chicken mixture.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
