Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    together, beating well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
