Strawberry Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
3 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
strawberry flavored Quick syrup

Preparation

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water well.
Spread onto two 13 x 18 in. pans, greased well and lined with wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0F until light brown.
Flip onto clean towel and peel off wax paper. Roll up cake with towel and let cool completely.
Whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla.
Unroll cakes and spread half of cream on cakes, drizzle with syrup.
Roll up, place on plate and spread rest of cream on top.
Drizzle with syrup.
