Pork Chop Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (6 chicken breasts may be substituted)
    6 onion slices
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Put a slice of onion on each piece of meat.
    Mix remaining ingredients well.
    Pour over meat and onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour.
