Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Cut chicken up into small pieces. Combine both cans of soup with broth and onion in saucepan until onion is tender.
    Put half of the stuffing mixture on the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place all of the chicken on top of the stuffing.
    Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
    Place the remaining half of the stuffing mixture on top.
    Cut margarine in little pats and put on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until very brown on top.
