Wayne'S Favorite Squash Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
onion
green pepper
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. cooked rice
zucchini squash
1 egg
1 c. cottage cheese
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook together the beef, onion and green pepper until browned; drain.
Add basil, oregano, tomato sauce and rice.
Boil thick sliced pieces of squash.
Mix the egg into the cottage cheese. Put meat mixture on top of squash, then put cottage cheese mixture over that and layer.
Put grated cheese on top of it all.
Cook for 45 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
