Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and press into a buttered spring-form pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven; cool slightly.
    Beat only egg yolks until bubbly.
    Add softened cream cheese and mix on low until blended.
    Add sour cream; mix well.
    Gradually add sugar and mix until dissolved.
    Add vanilla.
    In a separate bowl beat egg whites until very stiff; add to cheese mixture.
    Mix on low.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then reduce to 275\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool; cover.
    Refrigerate overnight (approximately 8 hours).
    The top should be a very dark golden brown and may crack (this is normal).
