Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine
1 can mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. cooked rice (3/4 c. uncooked)
8 oz. fresh cooked or frozen broccoli
melted Velveeta cheese or grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Add and mix soup, salt, pepper and water with rice, celery and onion.
Make layers of rice mixture and broccoli.
Top with melted cheese or grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in an 8-inch square pan.
Serves 4.
